Exciting times
Rower, treadmill (including 5 minutes running) and bike.
I saw Steve this morning and he has confirmed that my five minute runs are OK and that I can start increasing soon. I ran for five minutes again this afternoon so technically I could upgrade to ten minutes on Sunday but I think I'll leave it another week because I don't feel like I'm running comfortably at the moment.
It may be because I'm not used to the adjustment to my orthotics. Also, I've adjusted the tready to a slight incline because everyone says it's closer to road running that way and I thought that seeing as I'm pretty much starting all over again, I may as well start with it like that instead of trying to re-adjust again later when I'm ready to start running outside again.
Anyway, the result is that I feel like I'm running really clumsily so I'll give it another week just in case.

Good to hear the 5minute runs are not causing any problems. Just take it easy and hopefully you'll be back out pounding the pavements very soon. Won't that be great!
