Family stuff
Yesterday - Nothing.
I had planned to do all sorts of things but then the day was taken up with C2's rugby game and various bits of administrivia that took much longer than expected. C1 and I also spent the afternoon helping C2 to buy some new clothes to wear to the St Aidan's semi-formal last night. I was thinking of posting his photo here but I was concerned that a) it would not be appropriate for a running blog and b) he would kill me.

This morning - Swimming.
I didn't exactly count laps or do anything very regimented but I did 45 minutes of a combination of swimming, kickboarding and water-running. I was having a lovely nap in the sauna afterwards when some idiot came in and started huffing and snorting like a heffalump. Why do people do that? If you're having trouble breathing in a sauna you really shouldn't be in there!
Tonight I had a lovely CR dinner with Skizzik, MrG, Tesso, Clairie, Mr Clairie, Karisma, Run67, Hannah and Tony (a new CR who hasn't posted yet). I hope I haven't missed anyone.
