The highlight:
Another five minutes of running with only very mild shin pain. Still a lot of tenderness on the inside of my knees but that's been constant for years so I'm not too concerned. In fact, I think that was one the major factors that really flared up and stopped me running a few years ago and alerted me to the fact I needed orthotics. Ah ha! But this time I'm older and wiser and have CR and a new determination behind me! I'm seeing Steve on Friday to have my orthotic adjustment reviewed so will see what needs to be done.

Lets hope Steve can "tune" your orthodics and make a difference...
If he fails to "fix" your problem this time it may be worth seeing Dr Feet in Bulimba.
All my troubles were fixed in one visit with them. They have some Hi-Tec equipment including video analysis equipment etc and there are some great podiatrists there. They attend to alot of the Union players and AFL players and really know what they are doing it seems.
