Happy Christmas everyone
This post is really just an excuse to pass on my Happy Christmas wishes to everyone.
All is well here. I've been doing some short runs, a swim, a couple of rides and Svenning twice a week. My runs have been curtailed for the last ten days due to a minor hamstring injury but I'm sure that will be fixed soon.

Now you have to be good for another 12 months. Look after the hammys - you'll need them next year.
Just looking around for an update.... Sorry I didn't get up to see you when down the coast - things were soo busy the time just flew. Next time, I promise!
