I've done four short runs in the last week or so.
They've ranged from "really, fantastically good" to "should have stayed in bed".
On Wednesday night, I'm finally having the MRI that I've been putting off the last year or so, which should hopefully put another piece of the puzzle in place.

Great stuff Y!! Great to hear you are able to get back out there again! Thanks again for your company the other week! Next time we should eat as well as talk and drink!

Finding the last pieces to the puzzle is often the hardest part. Have you looked under the cushions of the lounge?
