A crazy week

Apologies for my blog slackness this week.

It's been a bit of a hectic one and my exercise regime has been atrocious. Partly because several people called in my promise to celebrate the end of semester with them, and partly because a couple of medical conditions have flared up that I've been trying to get under control, with varying levels of success. The pain's been a bit rough again, but I'm trying really hard to see this as a temporary thing and focus on how good I felt last week.

So basically, I've just fitted in a couple of walks, a couple of gym sessions and some half-hearted attempts at yoga. Not good enough I know :(

I have some good news though! I received my final uni results and I finished with a GPA of 6.4 and an academic excellence award. It (almost) makes me feel it was worth the effort!

Now it's time to put all that stuff behind me and really focus on the important things, getting back to feeling healthy, reducing the pain, and ..............running!!!

Well deserved results based on all your hard work. Enjoy the end of semester - it only comes twice a year!

Hope the pain settles.

Big congrats on the GPA Yvette!

And the acemdemic excellence award. It sounds so impressive ... but can I show my ignorance and ask what that is about?

Oh, and by the way, walks, gym sessions and yoga is good enough!
