Still hanging in there

Wednesday
20 minute walk and 30 minute walk.
Thursday
30 minute walk/jog
Today
10 mins treadmill (5 running), 11 mins rower (I'm getting slower on this every time I use it!), 15 minutes bike.
I took today off work to get some assignments done but I didn't achieve as much as I planned. My own fault, I just kept stuffing around. Plus my life seems to be like a huge vacuum. If I take time off work, everything else (like five loads of washing) just rushes in to fill the empty space. I noticed this afternoon that I have very unattractive dark circles under my eyes, not a good look at all!
And...I've finally had the x-rays done that I was supposed to have 6 weeks ago and they didn't show any abnormalities so an MRI is the next step. More on that in a later blog.

Just checking that you're still hanging in there, Cirque; and you surely are!!
Being away for a week was nice, but it meant not being able to read blogs. Gee, what a terrible time you have been having :-(
I really do admire you in the way you just get out there and keep doing stuff like the walking etc. Truly, most others would fall in a heap and not do a thing.

Hang in there Cirque! Make sure your stocks of Gummi Bears and red wine are adequate and I am sure you will get through this!

I hope you had a lovely weekend Y. The thoughts of the MRI are perhaps a little daunting, but they can be fun too - take some paper clips or kitchen utensils with you to see how fast you can get them to travel across the room
