Feeling human again

Thank you for my beautiful new blog, Hannah!!!!!

Thanks for putting up with my whingy week, everyone. I'm feeling much better today, apart from stiff hips and knees which will hopefully loosen up again soon.
I haven't blogged for the last few days because I was sick of complaining so here is my update:

Monday
Rest day - yoga

Tuesday
Rower 2k 10:28 mins, Bike 9k 25 mins.

Wednesday
Nothing :(
Long story.

Thursday
Bike ride, then walk/jog around the lake, then bike ride again. I think the total ride was only about 8 kilometres but it's big achievement for me to stay upright on a bike for that long.

Yesterday
Treadmill 10 mins (5 mins running), Rower 2k - 10:23 mins, Bike 15 mins - 6k

Today
Swimming 1k - 40 minutes.

Wow - what an eye catching blog! Thanks for the comment on my blog. I have warned Bec that she won't be able to talk me out of the gym next week - thought I spotted an evil glint in her eye!

I would be complaining too Cirque if I had to do all the things you do - rowing, biking, yoga, walk, jog, treadmill, swimming PHEW!!!

Thats' why I run. So I don't have to think too hard about what I have to do except put my shoes on. Then again when I was injured I really loved the gym and that it meant I could still be doing SOMETHING.

You're doing more than any of us Cirque!!! I couldn't keep up with trying to juggle this type of training schedule, the 2 boys, and a daily scaling of the walls into Ipswich and back
