A busy morning
2k rowing (10.34 mins), 20 minutes cycling (on the grown up bike), 30 minutes Abs Express class.
This is very strange, but vicious gym pixies appear to have visited me during the night and sucked out my abdominal muscles while I was asleep. Jen - you know those new abs you noticed the other day? Are you sure they weren't mine?
Apparently it's not unusual and I will grow new ones if I keep going to this class.

30 minutes of abs - yikes!
So you are missing your abdominal muscles. My gym opens this weekend finally and I reckon for the first few weeks I'll be finding muscles I wish I didn't have.
Ah, so that's where they came from! But do you want them back right now; I've kinda got used to having them around ;-)

I first read that as viscous gym pixies and had this picture of slow-mo pixies running around a gym and ... oh never mind - back to reality!
I think I need to attend that Ab class too Cirque. Those damn Gym Pixies got me years ago *grins*
I stupidly made a $50 bet with someone that I would have better abs than them by Christmas to try to motivate me but alas I fear I will be poor again this xmas.
Good going on the rowing and abs bloody hell sounds like torture!!
