Motivation is waning
I went back to the gym tonight for another rowing/riding session but I must admit the motivation was a bit hard to summon.
I really need you guys to give me a huge kick up the butt if I show signs of giving up on this new regime.

I promise to give you a big kick up the bum if necessary - but I don't think it will be. You are one heck of a determined lady Y.

So you went to gym, you did your sessions and you feel like your motivation is low? Ahem, I think you may have just proved that you are not the type that gives in to negative thoughts! (not that we ever doubted that!)
i don't reckon you need any extra "geeing up" from us...as wobbly man said you've already gone to the gym when you weren't feeling motivated...
you CAN do it cirque!
Hey there special lady - are you sure you're not suffering withdrawls from the drinks with Tesso and crew last weekend? Glad to see you enjoyed being part of the craziness there.
If it makes you feel better, I've had to pull the pin on going to Sydney this weekend. It was just getting too expensive - so I know exactly how you feel post-GC etc... I miss them all, and you, too. Being around the CR guys always helps to keep those spirits up doesn't it?
As to feeling un-motivated at the gym or with your walking etc - it happens to me too on occasion. A trip in here to the blogs generally does the trick, or a visit to CR, or planning for that long-deserved holiday up at the Whitsundays so you can start your Ironman swim training ...
