Oink
Yep, I am officially a piggy.
One and a half days of conference food with a team building dinner at an Italian restaurant in between and no exercise until I escaped this afternoon. And then exercise was only a 3.5k walk/jog squeezed in between other stuff.
There was a rather funny moment this morning when the Coordinator of the DIR Psychosocial Initiative was talking to us about workplace bullying. She was trying to explain a fairly technical point of law regarding mental health outcomes, and to illustrate the seriousness of workplace violence she said "for example, there have been cases where people have done terrible things to their workmates, like wrapping them up in Glad wrap!". Of course I had a very unprofessional giggle at the thought of telling everyone that that's what we often wear to bed!

Doesn't everyone wear glad wrap to bed occassionally?
Um, I get it. When you wrap someone else up in glad wrap, it's bad. But when you wrap yourself up, that's ok.
Glad I cleared that up!
I love you guys!
Where else could I make that confession and be considered normal?
I didn't realise how prolifant the gladwrapping brigade was....
I had to laugh though when my sister gladwrapped my ipod to my arm for a race. Yes I did have an armband, but she said this was for waterproofing!! Well it worked.
you girls with your glad-wrap ...
Have to admit I am familiar with the gladwrap scenario too! Though very uncomfortable in summer trying to sleep with gladwrap around the knee!
