15 minutes

Yesterday
Swimming. I've been trying to concentrate on putting my head down and it really does make a difference. It's so much more enjoyable without choking and spluttering and running out of breath after 50 metres.

Today treadmill (including 15 minutes running) and rower.

I'm still not sure what I should be doing about this shin pain. It hurts, but it doesn't seem any worse after 15 minutes than it does after 5. I'll wait and see.

I really must try and learn to swim better too, I'm sure as you say, it must make a difference... might check out some squad training when I feel brave enough!

Believe it or not (and it wasn't too long ago that I wouldn't have believed it!) swimming can be enjoyable. Hard work but enjoyable! Have you seen anyone about the shin pain?

15mins on the tready - well done! Be careful with those shins though Cirque. Are you icing them?
