Thursday
Treadmill (including 10 mins running) and rower
Friday
Nothing running related.
I finished the job I've loved doing for the last two years, ready to take up my new position on Monday. I know I should be feeling positive about the move but all I feel at the moment is very, very homesick. I also had another interview in the morning which may lead to coming back again, but in the current environment, who knows!
Saturday
10 minutes running again. I was feeling really sick today and I could only manage about 20 minutes on the treadmill and then had to give up and go home. I was really disappointed, but at least my brief running intervals don't seem to be doing any further damage.
My thoughts will be with all my CR friends at the C2S tomorrow. Run well and have fun guys!!!! I wish I could be there to wave a pom pom or five at you as you all flash past...

Lorna and I felt your good thoughts today as we flew up Heartbreak Hill ! We missed you. J (now don't get tearie on me!)
Missed having you donw there for the celebratory drinks yvette.
More importantly however, it is now Monday ... so, how are things going over there? What's that older male subordinate like? Hope they had a nice morning tea for you when you arrived
I did raise a glass to you on Sunday afternoon Yvette! In fact I raised several! Looking forward to sing you at the GC next year (if not earlier). Hugs Wm
No 'flashing' from me, Cirque!! Yes, it would have been great to have had you here with us on such a wonderful day. Never mind, it won't be long till we're all back for the Gold Coast marathon, etc...! Hope you're feeling well & that you settle into the new position quickly..knowing of your courage, I'm sure you will.
