Fun and games
Yesterday
Nothing structured, but once again the weather was too lovely to ignore, so when I got home from work C2 and I rode to the park and played basketball for an hour. I felt like a kid again, having to stop playing and come home because it was getting dark. What a lovely way to usher in the weekend!
Today
2k rowing (10.28 mins), 6k bike (20 minutes) and 20 minutes Abs Abuse Class.
Last week when I did this class my lower abs were still unhappy on Wednesday but we did slightly different exercises today so I'll see whether it has the same effect.

Sounds like a lovely weekend Miss C. Now as per our earlier discussions this week, would you like to claim the red wine and/or rum I drank on Friday night or the Toblerone cocktails (think alcoholic chocolate milkshake) I had last night ;-)
OOH YUM. That depends. Do you still get the calories? If so, I'll have the Toblerone cocktails. If not, I'll claim one small glass of red.
A pick-up basketball scrimmage?? What with your ironman training, your swimming and your talk about Toblerones I'm thinking I should be spending a bit more time in Brissy.
