Oh, what a feeling!
Well, my weekend of sloth and overindulgence seems to have paid off.
I just ran 2.5k (on the treadmill)with hardly any pain or stiffness and no nasty after effects. Admittedly it was at a very slow pace (8 min/k) but I can live with that.
I don't know what I'm doing right, but my arthritis is at the lowest level it's been for ages. I realised today that I had actually forgotten how wonderful it feels not to be in pain. I could SO get used to this feeling!

Slothfulness and overindulgence obviously works for you so I would keep it up if I were you! Maybe I should try it.......
Maybe the champagne helped to dull the pain. Enjoy the feeling!!
