Another happy report

I did it again guys! Nothing world shattering but another 1.5k run with bendy knees and not too much pain.

Thursday
Rowing - 2.5k, 13 minutes. Cycling 8k, 25 minutes (Intvl lvl 4).

Friday
45 minute walk

Saturday
1.5k run/1.5k walk - aka 'THE RUN'

Sunday
Rowing - 2.5k,15 minutes (eek - getting slower by the day). Cycling 8k, 25 minutes (Intvl lvl 4).

I'm so tired I feel like I'm sleep walking and my butt has morphed into the shape of my computer chair.
One more week and I will have my life back!

Edit: Ouch! I just happened to open an old blog and noticed that as well as my rowing getting slower I also did 9k in 25 minutes on the bike a couple of weeks ago as opposed to my 8 this week. I think I'll worry about that one later....

Woohoo. I'm really happy that you've been able to run again Cirque; that is great news.

And as for the rowing, don't worry about it. Finish the semester, get some rest and you'll be flying - (well, as much as you can on a rowing machine ;-)

Congrats on doing another run. That must give you a real buzz. I'm jealous your semester is over in a week. I'm still behind ( maybe I should stop reading blogs :-).

If it's any consolation, my bum is computer chair shaped too *grins* I don't know why they don't make chairs with cushioned moulds on them. Two hours and you too can have a cindy crawford shaped bum..... You could pick the bum you want - how fab would that be? LOL!

Yay for running again! Good to hear things are going better xxx

Great stuff, especially the 'not too much pain' bit!

To be able to do 15 mins of it certainly has me impressed. I could only every manage 10, or 12 minutes max when I was doing it regularly, and I didn't get too far in that time either.

Re my previous comment, 'it' could well mean lots of things, though I was actually talking about the rowing :-)))
