A temporary setback
Today
45 minute walk.
Not feeling so good. :(
I know I shouldn't have bragged.
I woke up with pain and stiffness in my right knee and left hip and by the time I got home from the walk at about 6 am, it was also in my left foot, left knee, right hip and right shoulder, where it's pretty much stayed all day.
At least I'm symmetrical :)

I don't agree with you though - you should have bragged! You felt great. And that made us feel great.

Hey - what were you doing posting just after midnight? I certianly hope a nice bottle of red was involved. It might not help with the symmetry too much, but would probably help oodles with the rest :)

Hopefully just a little set back! I hope you fell better soon- I agree celebrate all achievements, no matter how small :)
Gotta take the bad as well as the good Cirgue - if it was easy, I suspect we would all find something else to do!
Hacen't been able to read the blogs forever and look at what I miss out on! Congrats on finishing the Masters! Now you should be out celebrating that. :)
Walking is great, there is nothing wrong with walking, so keep it up and keep it going strong despite your setbacks. I used walking to overcome mine.
