Walk/run around the lake. Probably only ran about 9 minutes in total.

Should have been 1-1-2-3-3-2-1
but ended up being something like:
1-1-2-1-0-1.5-1-1-.5-1

Everything was in a muddle today because the car broke down and I couldn't get to the gym.
I tried doing the same program I would have done but it just seemed to hard and too painful and I couldn't get into a rythm.

Lesson learnt: I really need to incorporate more outside running. I have absolutely no idea what speed I'm running at unless the treadmill tells me.
