Back on track

3.2k, 1.0 min R/2.0 min W, 30.00 mins, K's run = 1.2 (approx)
Gym again today.
I've increased the running ratio and the quad pain is still minimal so hopefully it's on the mend. I did one minute running and two minutes walking today which is about where I was in January. :(
I'm not sure where to go from here. Because the problem is overuse rather than fatigue, I don't know how to avoid it happening again. The only way I seem to know it's happened is when it hurts and by that time it's too late! Oh well I guess I'll just wait and see what happens, but I'm definitely going to try to increase really gradually and only run every second day.

PS - Arthritis in foot is even worse after the exercise and has now started in hand as well. I wonder what the trigger is?
