Ice, Ice baby
Same as yesterday but for 25 minutes, so 12 x 30 second runs.
My leg is a bit sore but I'm sure if I'm really good about ice and heat it will be fine soon.
I'm icing it as I type to show how dedicated I am to my new self care regime.
And I know I absolutely promised yesterday that I wouldn't do this 2 days in a row but this was different because I can't do any training tomorrow and I have pilates on Thursday.
Veering off track here......the arthritis in my left foot is really playing up this week and it's quite inflamed and swollen. Which is interesting because in the last two weeks I have had absolutely NO exercise, which indicates that overuse is not the culprit. The rest of my 'hot spots' seem to be OK and the weather is warm. Hmmm..... where do I go from here??
