I still love running (kind of).....

4k, 2.0 min R/1.0 min W, 33.50 mins, K's run = 2.9 (approx)

.......but I hate injuries.
While I was running on Saturday I noticed a pain in my leg that seemed to be getting worse, but I felt so awful it was the least of my worries.
Yesterday was my rest/swimming day so I took it easy and only swam 500 metres which I didn't think could possibly aggravate it.
Today I was really looking forward to my running session, wondering what it would be like to try the 2:1 ratio without the pain and sickness. My leg was a bit sore during the day but I convinced myself it was just a bit of muscle strain and would be much better once I had warmed up and stretched properly and got into my workout.
It wasn't.
I managed the 4k but I could feel something was really wrong. Apart from hurting, I felt like I was running really clumsily and I couldn't keep pace with the treadmill properly.
I really hope it's better tomorrow. I'd hate to have a setback just at this stage when I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere.
