I love running!

4k, 2.0 min R/1.0 min W, 33.35 mins, K's run = 2.9 (approx)

Today was one of those odd days when I felt absolutely awful but ended up doing better than I expected.
I decided last night that I was going to try and increase my running time from 1.5 minutes to two.
Unfortunately, my stomach started playing up during the morning and by the time I got to the gym the pain was pretty bad and I threw up while I was getting changed. However I must be in the process of becoming one of those strange creatures called 'runners' because I convinced myself that the logical thing to do was exercise for half an hour on the off chance it would make me feel better.
It didn't.
But I did manage to do four k's with 2 mins running and one min walking which I was really pleased with. I'm actually starting to believe that running again is a real possibility. I can't wait to try it when I'm not doubled over in pain and trying to stave off nausea.
The first thing I did when I'd finished was run back down to the change room to throw up again. Does this girl know how to celebrate or what?
