Feeling better

4.0 k, 1.5 min run/1.0 min walk, 34.18 minutes.

Today was much better. Still felt pretty crappy but the pain is localising again so I had a bit more energy. I did 4 k's with 1.5 mins running and 1 min walking but found it harder than last week. I think I'll stick with that ratio for a bit longer until it starts to feel a bit more comfortable.
Positives: With age comes patience.

Quote for the day: Two steps forward and one step back still puts me one step ahead.

In other news: I have now received all my study materials so there is no excuse not to get started. Except that good health is essential for studying, and running is essential for good health, and motivation is essential for running, and the CR chat room is essential for motivation.............
