I know I'm not the first person to say this but injuries are SO frustrating. I tried to convince myself all day that my leg would feel better by the afternoon, but by the time I left work for the gym I knew it would be stupid to try and run on it again.
Must have been serendipity though, because when I met J at the gym he'd also hurt his ankle so we skipped the session and both went home sore and sorry.

Look after yourself Cirque ! I've discovered that all runners have very close relationships with ice packs and voltarin gel ! Hope your leg is better very soon !
Hows the injury today? Hope it is getting better! Positive thoughts going your way!
