2 mins running and one min walking again!
Leg is a bit sore but I iced it as soon as I got home and I will definitely have a rest day tomorrow.

Good progress! It's possibly a good idea to mix the walk/run with cycling.
Again, don't try to do too much more too soon!
Keep up the great work and always listen to your body. I'm so very proud of you. You go girl !
