Hello, I'm back!
After 8 months or so of therapy, I've gradually built up to running for .....12 minutes!
By my reckoning, this means it's taken me somewhere in the vicinity of six years to get to week four of the couch to 5k program, so I should be on target for my next 5k race in about 2015.

It was only a matter of time before you were back on the road again.
Congrats - do you realise 12mins is quite a long time. I can't run for that long at the moment.
Keep up the good work and don't be dismayed by any small setbacks - they make us stronger (apparently :))) )

12 minutes is great. You can do a lot with 12 minutes.
