What a difference a day makes
Thursday
35 minute walk/run
Saturday
35 minute run/walk
Thursday's attempt was horrible. I felt so sick and sore that when I came home I started wondering why the hell I'm doing this. Luckily C1 was here when I got home and he pointed out that telling my legs I wasn't going to stretch them to teach them a lesson was a little childish.
Of course this morning was one of those sessions where everything falls into place and there is absolutely nowhere else you'd rather be and you can't imagine how people go through their lives without running.
So I guess I'll stick with it a bit longer after all.

I had a run like that on Friday - it all came together and I really enjoyed it. Reminds us why we enjoy running! So glad to hear you had a good one!
Hope Bella is well! Mia has spent quite a bit of time underneath the couch lately, what with thunder, strangers ringing the doorbell, other strangers coming inside! What she doesn't know is that building starts on the house in a couple of weeks! Take care!
Dont you just love those days... well done, here's hoping the next one is as good!
