Is it bedtime yet?
Thursday
40 minute sleepwalk/run.
I was on time today.
I managed to get out of bed and out the door by 5.40 this morning but I didn't really wake up until I blasted myself with cold air con on the way to work about an hour and a half later.
Now that I'm back at work I've fallen back into the routine of waking up at 3 o'clock and spending two hours tossing and turning, trying to solve the problems of the world until I eventually fall asleep half an hour before I have to get up . I should probably be billing EQ for this time, because it's when I get most of my work done.
I'm so tired that I was nearly dozing with my head down on my desk at about 4 o'clock but luckily a good friend rang and woke me up. This is not a good time to be anaemic!

Hang in there Cirque. It will get better for you I am sure.
There is never a good time to be anaemic :-)
Hmmm I know the syndrome well - one of these days I am actually going to just get up and go for a run at 3:00am and be done with it.
Thats one of the reasons I do my long runs so early on Sat...I never sleep well the night before so I may as well just get up and run.
Tomorrow morning meetimg Tess at 4.30am.
At least I know AFTER the run I will sleep well :)
Keep at it Cirque and soon the routine will change again to give you more rest and less 3am work stuff.
