Easy like Sunday morning
Sunday (a.m.)
50 minute walk/run - more walking than running, but my running is definitely increasing
40 minutes swimming - freestyle
25 minutes yoga
My left quad hurts (the good type of pain), and my left hand, foot and shoulder are sore (the bad type), but my right side feels fantastic. Luckily the lane ropes were up so they stopped me swimming round and round in circles.

Your lucky you can swim in circles - I just blow bubbles from the bottom of the pool and wait to be rescued :-)
Way to go Cirque!! At least you won't get lost if they take away the lane ropes. It really is great reading about this positive progress!
That a solid day's workout Cirque. You certainly seem to be on the mend now. And isn't the good pain great :) Reminds us we are human and that working our bodies is good...but that bad pain is a big no no.
