25 minutes!

3.5 k 25 mins running. 3 x 1 min walk breaks.
3-10-7-5.

Good news: I was happy with the increase in running time.

Bad news: Not happy with my dicky knee. This is the rogue knee that caused so much trouble and stopped me from running a few years ago. I thought that will all the physio and orthotics the problem had been solved but it started hurting when I first walked on it this morning, even though I did no exercise yesterday. I iced it and strapped it while running so hopefully it will settle down, otherwise it's arthroscopy time.

Broken bits: knee and foot.

Sorry about your knee mate! I hope it was just having a little wobbly and will return to normality quickly. I'm looking forward to reading next post about how good things are again!

Sorry to hear about your knee - but congratulations on your run ! You are going from strength to strength and will continue to do so. Your dodgy knee is just one hurdle on the footpath (so to speak). Stay positive - good thoughts are coming your way from me !

Hi Yvette - thank you for your comments on my blog - and for the gentle twisting of the arm.

Sorry to hear about your knee - if it's any consolation, I have a dicky knee itself and in my expereince have found they like to pretend they have a life of their own somedays. Tomorrow knee may simply wake up on the right side of the bed and things will look much better.

All the best with your Bridge goal (loved the pilates post from 13th May btw)

Glad it's coming along a bit. Difficult I know, but you're pretty game!

Look forward to catching you again at the Bridge to Brisbane, I'll be running in that ...

OMIGOD I hope you don't push your clients as hard as you push yourself! No wonder you have broken bits did you read what you typed the day before?

How was dinner btw?
