and once more with feeling

20 minutes running with 3 x 1 min walking breaks.
3 - 10 - 4 - 3.

Pain levels were bad today. Pretty much full-on, head to toe from the time I woke up.

I was glad that I managed to do the same as Sunday, but wow, what an AWFUL session ...... !
I just really struggled the whole way and it was so good to stop.

Ouch!

Sorry to hear that the session was a struggle for you but (provided you didn't hurt yourself further) good on you for pushing through the difficult times. Remember to rest - it's just as important as the exercise part. I'm so proud of all your achievements. Keep it up :-)

I have no idea how you do it - but well done! A couple of rest or cross training days might help?
