and yet again...
3k. 20 minutes running with 3 x 1 min walking breaks. 3-10-4-3.
Very slow, but I was really pleased with this anyway.
It's good to realise that I don't have to go back to square one every time I have a setback.
In case anyone is wondering, the 3 minutes at the beginning is really just a sneaky way to include my warmup as part of the session to make it look better. When I go up to big school I will stop resorting to such trickery but in the meantime, a girl's gotta do......etc.
After the disappointment of not making the MDC I also now have a new goal which I have been reminded to blog (thanks Jen).
This time it's the 4.25k in the Bridge to Brisbane on August 7.
PS - if anyone wants to check out the cirqlets they can be viewed on www.sportingimages.net
There is a search box on the homepage and O is DSC_5903 and J is DSC_5904.
