Back again!
3k. 1-1-8-3-3= 16 mins running. 2 min walking breaks.
This feels SOOOOO good!
My back was dodgy but manageable. I'm sure I'm not saying anything new here, but it just feels so damn good when the hurting stops!
The best bit was discovering that I still have the motivation to get back into it as soon as the really serious pain eases, and then discovering that restarting at the same level after ten days off didn't seem to have any ill effects.
I'm jealous of the cirqlets though, who can do a 4.4k fun run in sub 20 with no training.

Ain't it good to be back, but don't envy the Cirqlets - youth is wasted on the young :-)
Woohoo !! Glad to see that you are back and running again. Just remember to take it easy and don't rush back to a heavy workload again. Relax and enjoy it. Cirque is back !!
Gosh, I admire your tenacity, Cirque! If ever I get an ache or pain, I'll think of your determination & get on with the job of training. Inspiration plus for me!
