Cirque's Catalogue of War Wounds
Rest Day - 3k walk.
After all the comments recently about injuries and the importance of the blogging thereof I have decided to include my injuries as a daily feature of what was initially intended to be a running diary.
This is primarily because my injuries have outweighed my running to such an extent that it will give me something meaningful to write about.
Hopefully, it will also help me to feel a bit better about my seemingly hopeless inability to meet my short-term running goals.
So here goes:
11/4/05
Broken bits:
Lower back (electrocuted and taped), foot (swollen).

Cirque...chin up mate! Do you think you might be catching injuries off your clients? Maybe a different career is in order!
But seriously my determined friend...why don't you out your blog on CR? You will be so motivated by the comments you'll get, and you have a very readable blog!
