3k. 1-1-2-3-3-2-1. 2 min walking breaks.
I was disproportionately pleased with this today.
In retrospect it probably wasn't very sensible to take off the tape that Z put on and do quite so much gardening this morning. So when gym time came I was very sore and wasn't sure if I should be 'listening to my body' and resting my back or not, but I used lots of heat and Dencorub instead and ended the session with no more pain than when I started.
Broken bits:
Neck, Lower back.
