3-10-3-3 = 19 mins running with 2 min walking breaks.

That's two scheduled sessions in a row with no serious after effects. My back still feels really dodgy but hopefully if I do heaps of heating and stretching it will be OK.

My bad news for the day is that Z had left me and scampered off back to Adelaide, so I need to find a new physio. How rude!

Later that day......
I just did a lovely yoga session. Definitely a good way to stretch.

Broken bits:
My black, purple and red toe is now a lovely shade of grey, mauve and pink.

Pink is a becoming colour for toes I think !!! Skizzik is right - don't push it and remember your rest days. They are so important. You have improved so much since you started and you will continue to do so. I'm so proud of you !! How about mentioning your new goal on the blog ??????
